Our 6-Step Bespoke Process
Creating bespoke furniture is a collaborative journey. We have refined our process over sixty years to ensure every project moves smoothly from first conversation to final installation.

Begin
Consultation & Design Brief
Every project begins with a conversation. We meet you — at our Mumbai showroom, at your home, or at your designer’s studio — to understand what you need. We discuss your space, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
By the end of this meeting, we have a clear design brief and a preliminary estimate so you know where the investment stands.

Select
Material Selection & Sampling
Our showroom houses an extensive library of woods, fabrics, leathers, metals, and finishes. We walk you through options that suit your design and budget, explaining practical differences — how teak handles Mumbai’s humidity versus walnut, why certain fabrics outperform others.
For significant pieces, we prepare physical samples: a wood off-cut with the proposed finish, a fabric swatch on the actual foam density.

Design
Detailed Drawings & Approval
Our design team produces detailed drawings with dimensions, construction details, material specifications, and hardware selections. For complex items, we create 3D visualisations. This is the stage for revisions. Once you sign off, we freeze the design and prepare for production.

Build
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Production takes place in our own facilities in Central Mumbai and Vasai. No outsourcing, no subcontracting. Timelines vary: a simple coffee table takes 3–4 weeks, a full home 8–12 weeks. Quality control is built into every stage — we prevent problems rather than catching them at the end.

Perfect
Finishing & Final Inspection
Each coat is applied, dried, sanded, and reapplied until the surface meets our standards. Before dispatch, every piece undergoes final inspection against the approved drawings. We invite you to visit for a pre-delivery inspection.

Deliver
Delivery & Installation
Pieces are professionally wrapped and transported in our own vehicles. For built-in furniture, our installation team works to a pre-agreed schedule. Once everything is in place, we do a final walkthrough, show you how mechanisms work, and advise on care and maintenance.
Beyond Delivery
After Your Project
Our relationship does not end at delivery. We provide care guides for every material and offer maintenance services for upholstery, refinishing, and repairs. Many clients come back years later for new pieces.
